Facilitation for those ready to do this work with real preparation behind it.

A woman healed from childhood trauma with curly hair smiling in a white T-shirt outdoors, with a mountain and blue sky in the background.

You've probably already felt it, the moment something opened that you weren't fully prepared for, or the pull toward an experience you know needs real guidance, not guesswork. Maybe you're standing at the edge of a legal, facilitated session and want to walk in ready instead of blind. Maybe you already went through something, on your own or somewhere else, and it's still sitting in you, unresolved, waiting for someone who actually understands what happened.

However you got here, something brought you to this page. And that matters.

I'm Rachel Hansen, a Colorado-licensed Natural Medicine Clinical Facilitator working with people preparing for a legal, facilitated session, and people making sense of an expanded-state experience they already had elsewhere. Some come to me having done everything right. Others come disoriented by an experience that went sideways simply because no one prepared them, no one understood set and setting, no one actually knew what they were doing. The problem was never where or how someone chose to do this work. It was the absence of real preparation and guidance around it.

If you carry childhood or religious trauma, you already know what it teaches you: to stay hyperaware, to manage everyone else's experience before your own, to not fully trust that you're safe, even in spaces that are supposed to be safe. It teaches you to grip control wherever you can find it, and makes it hard to set boundaries that actually protect you, because no one ever showed you what that looks like. I found real freedom from that same pattern, healing that came before I even had a name for why my mind worked the way it did, then went further once I was diagnosed with autism in my forties. That diagnosis made sense of things I'd spent a lifetime working around without understanding, and it's part of why I can often recognize that same wiring in someone before they see it in themselves.

Facilitated sessions happen at a licensed healing center in Colorado, under my state-issued Natural Medicine Clinical Facilitator license, earned through state-approved training, supervised clinical hours, and licensure under Colorado's Natural Medicine Health Act. I work best with people who want structure and real oversight behind this work, not a retreat with no framework, and who are ready to prepare intentionally rather than walk in blind. You'll leave this work with more than insight. You'll leave with language for what surfaced, and a steadier relationship with what it meant.

What that license covers:

Leading facilitated natural medicine sessions at a licensed healing center in Colorado

Working with clients from any state or country, since facilitation is tied to where the session happens, not where you live

Operating under Colorado's state oversight and training requirements

What it doesn't cover:

Therapy, diagnosis, or medical treatment

Sessions outside a licensed Colorado facility

Anything resembling clinical or psychiatric care

I also work as a therapist in a separate practice, Thrive Well Therapy, where I specialize in trauma. That license and that work are distinct from what happens here. Therapy is at Thrive Well. Facilitation and integration coaching are here.

How I work

Preparation means we talk through your intentions, your history, and what you're hoping to work with before you ever get to Colorado. Integration means we take what surfaced, the parts that made sense and the parts that didn't, and turn it into something you can actually live from. I've spent years doing this kind of work, and I don't follow a script, because no two experiences unpack the same way.

What this is, and what it isn't

Liminal House Integration is a coaching and facilitation practice, separate from Thrive Well Therapy. Facilitated sessions are provided under a Colorado Natural Medicine Clinical Facilitator license. Coaching and integration sessions are educational and reflective in nature. They are not therapy, counseling, or medical care, and they don't create a therapist-client relationship. If you're looking for therapy, reach out through Thrive Well Therapy, where I'm licensed to provide that care.
