About Liminal House

Facilitation, preparation, and integration for body, mind, and meaning.

Liminal House Integration offers two things: a legal, facilitator-led natural medicine session at a licensed healing center in Colorado, and the preparation and integration support that surrounds it. Whether you're getting ready for your first session or making sense of one you already had somewhere else, this is a space for reflection, grounding, and meaning-making. This isn't therapy.

I'm Rachel, and I created this space because I kept meeting people who'd had a psychedelic or expanded state experience with nowhere to bring it afterward. No one to help them make sense of what surfaced, or to prepare them well before they even went in. I've spent years sitting with people through disorientation and hard emotional material, and this is where I get to do that work outside the therapy room.

Facilitated sessions happen at a licensed healing center in Colorado, under my state-issued Natural Medicine Clinical Facilitator license. Liminal House is based in Las Vegas and offers preparation and integration coaching online to clients anywhere, with those in-person sessions in Colorado.

Facilitation is limited to licensed sessions in Colorado. Integration coaching is educational, not therapy or medical advice.

Psychedelic Facilitation and Integration Services

01 In Colorado, in person

Facilitated natural medicine sessions

A legal, guided natural medicine session held at a licensed healing center in Colorado, led under a state-issued Natural Medicine Clinical Facilitator credential. Open to clients from any state or country, since facilitation isn't restricted by where you live, only where the session takes place.

02 Telehealth, anywhere

Preparation

Before you travel to Colorado, we meet by telehealth to talk through your intentions, your history, and what you're hoping to work with, so you arrive grounded and ready.

03 Telehealth, anywhere

Integration coaching

A one-on-one coaching space to help you ground what opened emotionally, spiritually, and somatically after a facilitated session or any expanded-state experience. Psychedelics can open doors, and sometimes they throw you straight into the deep end.

Expanded states can surface disorientation, old trauma, or psychological material that's hard to sit with alone. That's a normal part of integration, not a sign something went wrong, but it's real, and it deserves real support. Whether your experience was beautiful, terrifying, confusing, or all three, you don't have to untangle it alone.

  • Make meaning of what you experienced

  • Notice themes, patterns, and insights taking shape

  • Reconnect with your body, intuition, and values

  • Translate spiritual awareness into everyday life

  • Build simple rituals that help your insights last

  • Creative reflection: explore what surfaced through journaling, metaphor, and gentle somatic awareness

  • Mindful re-entry: weave new awareness into everyday rhythms of work, relationships, purpose, and self-care

Liminal House Integration is separate from Rachel's therapy practice, Thrive Well Therapy PLLC. Facilitated natural medicine sessions take place in person in Colorado, under Rachel's Colorado Natural Medicine Clinical Facilitator license, and are open to clients from any state or country. Integration support is available by telehealth wherever you live. Therapy remains limited to the states where she holds a therapy license.

Who this is for

This is for those navigating the space between what was and what's becoming, whether you're preparing for a legal, facilitated session in Colorado or making sense of an experience you already had.

If you're considering a facilitated session:

  • Curious about legal, guided natural medicine work but don't know where to start

  • Ready to prepare intentionally instead of walking in blind

  • Wanting a licensed facilitator, not a retreat with no structure behind it

  • Willing to travel to Colorado for the session itself

If you're integrating an experience you already had:

  • Making sense of a psychedelic, spiritual, or expanded-state experience you already had, in a legal context, elsewhere

  • Feeling emotionally tender, unsettled, or disconnected afterward

  • Noticing old stories or trauma resurfacing through the process

  • Longing to anchor new awareness into everyday life with intention and care

Here, we move gently, at the pace of your nervous system. We weave what was revealed, or what's about to be, into something you can live from.

Why People Come to Liminal House

Because healing asks for both integration and gentleness.

Whether it's your first time exploring altered states or you've walked this path for years, you don't have to make sense of it alone. Here, we create space for what surfaced, the awe, the ache, the questions that don't have tidy answers yet.

Liminal House offers grounded companionship for those bridging science, spirit, and soul. It's a space for reflection that honors your autonomy, your pace, and your truth, not someone else's version of it.

This work moves at the speed of safety because insight only becomes wisdom when the body feels ready to hold it.

What the Law Says (and Why It Matters)

Colorado is one of the only places in the U.S. where natural medicine services are legal outside a research setting, under the state's Natural Medicine Health Act. Facilitators must complete state-approved training, supervised clinical hours, and licensure before running sessions. That's the credential behind the facilitated sessions offered here, a regulated, state-issued Natural Medicine Clinical Facilitator license, separate from psychotherapy licensure.

This matters because it means the session you're doing isn't informal, underground, or dependent on one retreat's internal rules. It's built on a real legal and clinical framework, with training and oversight behind it, the same reason it's safe to open this work to clients from any state or country while therapy stays limited to where I'm licensed to practice.

While coaching and integration sessions are not bound by HIPAA, I uphold strict confidentiality standards to protect your privacy.

As laws and collective understanding evolve, Liminal House remains rooted in integrity, transparency, and care.

Your privacy, autonomy, and choice always come first.
